786rs Terms and Conditions — Rules, Eligibility and Fair Use

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and 786rs ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 786rs website, mobile application and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature on the 786rs platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific terms that accompany individual promotions, games or features on the platform.

786rs reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2 Eligibility

786rs does not represent that the use of this platform is legal in every jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services is permitted under the laws applicable to your location. If you are in a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited, you must not use 786rs.

786rs reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Access may be restricted or suspended pending verification. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on 786rs. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 786rs reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any pending withdrawals or bonus balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not use a false identity, another person's details or fictitious information at any stage.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 786rs support team immediately via live chat.

786rs reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. You may be asked to provide supporting documents including a copy of a valid national identity card, proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 786rs are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The supported deposit methods are JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other payment methods as listed in the platform's cashier section at the time of deposit.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. There is no upper deposit limit stated in these general terms, however specific payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Any applicable limits will be shown in the cashier at the time of your transaction.

Deposits are credited to your 786rs account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In the rare event of a deposit delay, you should contact the 786rs support team with your transaction reference number. 786rs does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

You must only use payment methods that belong to you and are registered in your own name. Deposits made using another person's payment account or method will be investigated and may result in account suspension. All deposit funds must originate from lawful sources.

786rs does not charge fees on standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank directly for information on any applicable fees.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the 786rs cashier section. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request.

Standard withdrawal processing targets for JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallet withdrawals are within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving financial institution.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, 786rs may require identity and payment method verification. You may be asked to provide documentation confirming your identity and confirming that the withdrawal destination is registered in your name. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering procedure.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined in the following circumstances:

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to any specific offer terms.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 786rs promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The 786rs sportsbook covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, football, esports and other sports as listed on the platform. All bets are subject to the sports betting rules published in the platform's help section alongside these general Terms.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference is issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is explicitly available for that market. 786rs reserves the right to void bets in the following situations:

• A technical error resulted in clearly incorrect odds being displayed.
• The event was cancelled, abandoned or not completed within the timeframe required for settlement.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation affecting the outcome.
• The bet was placed in error due to a system fault on the 786rs platform.

Live in-play betting markets on cricket and other sports are settled based on the official result confirmed by the relevant governing body. For PSL fixtures, the official result declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will be used. For international cricket, the result declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) governs settlement.

Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing. 786rs reserves the right to restrict bet amounts for individual players or markets where risk management requirements apply.

8 Casino and Slot Games

The 786rs casino and slot games section includes live dealer games, video slots, table games and other casino products provided by third-party game suppliers. All games are governed by their own return-to-player (RTP) rates and game rules, which are accessible from within each game.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. 786rs does not influence game outcomes and cannot alter the result of any game round once it has commenced. If a game round is interrupted due to a connectivity issue, the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the game server.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 786rs and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or system vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, coordinated bonus abuse or arbitrage betting strategies that violate promotion terms.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account or obtain their login credentials by any means.
• Sharing or selling your account access to any other person.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your own name.

786rs monitors platform activity continuously. Any account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether the account is permanently closed and whether funds are withheld or returned.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

786rs reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools.
• Extended account inactivity as defined in the platform's inactivity policy.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the 786rs support team via live chat. Any cleared real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks are completed, provided no outstanding rule violations are identified.

Inactive accounts are defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. An inactivity fee may be applied to dormant account balances as detailed in the platform's inactivity policy, which is available from the support team on request.
